Julie Brooks, a Principal Owner of Brooks Properties, has worked at the company for over 20 years. Beyond her day-to-day capacity as an owner, Julie also negotiates leases with some of the largest and most respected commercial real estate broker companies & tenants in the country.
Julie has been recognized for her contributions to The Methuen Festival of Trees, the city of Methuen and by the Boy Scouts of America for “Outstanding Community Service”.
Eric, Julie, and the Brooks Properties Team are committed to maintaining the ideals and ethics that have been set forth since the company’s founding in 1980 by their father Harold J. Brooks.
