Kevin Durkin, is a Property Maintenance Manager at Brooks Properties and has been with the company for approximately 10 years. In his capacity, Kevin provides in-person assistance to all of our tenants and ensures that their business environment is meticulously maintained and professional at all times. As a representative of Brooks Properties, he takes great pride in delivering prompt & quality service as well as 24/7 availability.
Prior to joining Brooks Properties, Kevin was the Property Manager with Standex International Corporation in Salem NH for 23 years.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys skiing, kayaking, hiking and running.
